Data protection
Taxora AI encrypts all customer data with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We operate zero-knowledge vaults hosted in UAE data centers. Access is logged, audited, and limited to the minimum personnel required to deliver the service.
Compliance
We maintain SOC 2 Type II controls and align with UAE PDPL, GDPR, and DPDP requirements. Customers may request DPA annexes and processing logs at any time by emailing legal@taxora.ai.
Acceptable use
Taxora AI may not be used for sanctioned entities, fraud, or activities that violate UAE or U.S. law. We reserve the right to suspend access if our monitoring detects abuse.

Taxora delivers technical validations sourced from publicly available UAE systems so you always know which results still require confirmation by the competent authorities.

Taxora performs technical validations of VAT IDs, TRNs, and company identifiers; the findings are informational and not an official or governmental result.
Data sources & AI enrichment
Validations rely on public UAE portals (FTA, ESR, free zones) plus business registers, official datasets, and open business APIs where available. Our AI reconciles these records to match company profiles, cross-check discrepancies, and surface richer insights. Beginning in 2026 (subject to local rules) we plan automated ingestion of financial statements, corporate disclosures, ESG indicators, and broader AI analysis. Taxora has no privileged governmental access — every result remains a technical validation of publicly available data.

Taxora is not an authority and does not issue official confirmations; only the relevant government offices can provide binding validation results.
