Taxora AI is an AI-powered tax compliance and automation platform designed for businesses operating in the United Arab Emirates. The Service provides:

• Automated VAT and Corporate Tax calculations and filings
• Document analysis and receipt processing
• Tax deadline tracking and compliance reminders
• AI-powered tax advice and guidance (AskTaxora)
• Integration with accounting systems, banks, and business tools
• Export-ready tax reports and documentation

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Taxora AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of UAE or international laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service for sanctioned entities or prohibited activities
• Share your account credentials with third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any violation of these Terms.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days' notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods (except as required by law)

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

The Service, including all content, features, software, and technology, is owned by Taxora AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Taxora AI a license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxora AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Errors or omissions in tax calculations or compliance outputs
• Penalties, fines, or legal consequences arising from your use of the Service
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable retention period, except where retention is required by law.
